GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
Sounds like a misnomer, right? Sounds like something that couldn't possibly exist and is a nonsensical mixture of terms, yeah?

This is the difference between our program and many other group training styles and modalities. Each person in each group personal training session follows their own individualized plan alongside up to three other trainees. They use custom periodized training using the newest evidence based protocols and follow nutrition and behavioral coaching best suited for their goals.
