Train side-by-side with up to three other people while following your own personalized workout plan.

 

This is what sets us apart from other group classes that have no prescribed level of intensity. Our group personal training is still personal training - with individualized exercise selection and appropriate progressive loading to ensure each trainee gets optimal results safely.

Group trainees have access to The Workout Plant app and receive the same nutrition and behavioral coaching as private training clients.

*** IMPORTANT *** If this is your first time training with us, you MUST attend a 30 minute introductory training session which occurs before each Sunday group training session at 3:30pm.
